banana...she is a bit small and fetal right now, tough to tell.

I'm a very happy camper right now.

I had gotten back from lunch and was told to call the doctor immediately. I was in a bit of a panic due to what happened last year and figured if she was calling me (instead of the wife) it had to be bad news.

I have to admit I got pretty emotional when she told me all was well and that it was a girl. I had to send an e-mail around the office because everyone was afraid to approach me.

Nothing like cleaning out the rifle on the table when your daughter's date comes over to pick her up. Great time to go over some ground rules with him.

Bet you get a lot of "Yes, sir" and "No, sir" out of him.

Amazing how prompt they are in making sure they don't break curfew ;)

I once met my daughter's boyfriend wanna-be sitting at the kitchen table cutting an apple and eating it.... using a REALLY big knife. I would point it at him while asking questions. Heheee loved every minute of it.

Funny you should mention that...we start moving this weekend.

Seriously.

Thanks again all. The wife and I are really happy. She will have another ultrasound in a few weeks just to make sure all is well, but there was no sign of trouble at this last one.:)
