Is there a way to host a video clip or picture from your own computer and make it a link for other people to view?

do you allways have the same IP address.?
if you Keep the same address you can link it then.

Even if you use a dial-up you can run software from here: http://www.no-ip.com/ that will register your dynamic ip address to a name at their site. Free for up to 5 names.
