Title: Public Service Announcement for bad sports
Post by: hblair on August 27, 2003, 12:46:38 AM: 1) If you are bounced by a 109 and hear a single gawdawful ripping sound, that's a good indicator you've been hit by a 30mm cannon round. It is not neccasary to whine on channel one that you've been "rammed", since you were not rammed at all, but actually hit by a 30mm. Some people actually have their tracers turned off, that's why you didn't see it coming.

2) If you are chasing a damaged plane on the deck and he slows suddenly, turns, slides on the ground, stops, and disappears. that would be called a "ditch". Not a " alt-F4 cheater !"

Technically you did ram them with a 30mm round. Perhaps if you spent less energy blaming others for your reprehensible behavior and took some personal responsibility, then the arena would be a better place.
