Logged in to game. Went out to let dog's infor the night. While doing this my 6 yearold changes teams for me. He thought I was offline and he likes the Horsee's lol.
So I'm a knight. I look at map decide I wont kill bishops (don't want to kill squadies on.) I see a big red dar bar coming towards knight HQ. I call out info on open channel , and head out in a Tempest. ( since 12 perks cost its best for bang) 6gunsUSMC ups in a 262 and we headout to see what was incoming. We spot 2 seperate groups so We decide I take left group he takes right group. I spot 3 b17's 21 k i'm 28k I pull my fester move go 12 high attack inverted take out 2 b17s on first pass and 3rd was easy. I see on dar 6gunsUSMC is fighting 3 dots. So I race over in time to see 262 on him. Call his 6 then love tap 262 and get 1 engine to flame out. I dance with 262 untill we only 50ft off deck, Knowing he's dragging me to his field i pull up and to my amazement Strab is coming back in his damaged 262. Looks like he wants HO pass I go straight for him and at d1.3 I break hard right, then kick hard rudder back to left Take a snap shot on his rear and cut wing and tail off.
So now I climb back up to 20k heading home when I spot 3 ki67's with 190 escort trailing back 7k. I decided to take ki67's since I don't have enough fuel to dog fight long. I dive under ki67's go vertical and take out 2 of 3 and 3rd crashes into water (not sure if proxy afk or if I hit it). Now I got small detail 190 higher and on 6 , with no ammo, or fuel. I call out location and ask for knights help. I am amazed at responce not 1 guy to help but 3 guys coming wep on to help clear me. Dmdmax and 2 others head to me and chase 190 off.
This is why I enjoyed flying knights for my first 6 months here. Some real great guys are knights. Fb's and 99% maws among others.
Now I log on this morning still have to wait to change back to bishops. I see dar bar coming towrads a strat so I lift off in my beloved 190a5. I catch a low hvy nik in on 161. Easy kill as he thought he could out dive my 190a5. I climb up see bar is bigger now at 144 head there and catch a low p38 (Relaintk) We turn fight for short time and I climb back upto 18k then comes a spit,& la7 which are easy prey when climbing upto 190a5. couple more kills and I decide to head home only now to be chased by 109,p38,la7, spit and a niki. So I go on knight channel and say dragging 5 or 6 cons to 161 if anyone wants to help. Wasn't really in danger to much had alt and was close to base. plan was to use ack if needed. But then I hear tobad and fbfalcon say hold on here we come. There s falcon in a 262 blasting cons off my 6, while tobad in there doing his work too. I land safely and say ty both, then ask if they need me to re-up. seeing dar bar get smaller after each sec knew I wasn't needed.
The reason for stories is to show how knights were willing to risk themseleves because for those short flights I was a knight again not enemy but a friend. My kind of people DMDMAX 6guns fbfalcon tobad made me miss you guys.
Would enjoy flying with you guys anytime. :)

"6Guns" isnt the proper name...
6GunUSMC is who i believe you are referring to and he is a different person entirely from "6Guns"...one has class and is fun, the other is a $!#^!$^

:) knights are great. that is where fester goes perk farming. 262's are under 100 perks everyday at about 2pm pst. perk bonus is skyrocketing. and we are pretty organized during american prime time.

Man, I'm a bit jealous of all you guys talkin about perks like they was candy. Guess I don't fly enough, but my few perk points are hard to come by. If I accumulate 50 or 60 I think I'm in tall cotton. Wish there was a way some of you perk hounds could sell or trade yer points to us "underpriviledged" dweebs.;)

Just fly a high ENY plane on the besiged side and you will amke all the perks you want. I know a guy on the knights team yesterday who flew for about 1/2 hour and landed a little less than 40 fighter perks. Just an average pilot (i.e. not one of these super ace's) but he was in a 202.

Fly one of the early war - high ENY planes and you will see that it definately is not "gaming the game". Whoever that was, earned ever perk point that he got, considering the lopsided numbers that he might have had to face.
Rod .. saw that you were on Tuesday night and was elated thinking that the 367th were back as Knights ... I guess not, but would always enjoy the company of a class squad if you so choose to come back. Had some great times with you guys last time you were Knights.

Wow! All the nice things said about the Knights and our squad just changed over to Rooks yesterday because we were tired of the Knight B.S.

Yup .. it does get deep at times, but from what I have read, the B.S. flows in all countries ... the Knights don't own the market on that.

Our main reason for switching to Rooks is that the Knights get a very small number of resets. Our squad is more into winning the wars than padding our stats, etc. We'll see how it goes.

For being outnumbered 2 to 1 during the day I thought knights took it pretty well. Been awhile since Ive been on to face to hoard though. gotta love them fights rod, they only come once a month or so for me.

If you call winning the war (reset) by at least 2:1 odds rewarding .. then go for it. Thats like playing for the Yankees and beating the local high school team ... don't see much satifaction in that. Playing on the ganged team is surely not padding one's score ... where does that logic come from.
If its the perks that you get from winning, I can score more than twice those measy perks one gets for winning in a couple of hours.
To each their own.
