I flew AH with MS FreestylePro (internal motion sensor) attached to the top of my head to control the analog views...

Eagler,
Yes, it did work beautifully. See my post on the analog views.
I found out that not only MSFreestyle is a bit jerky and ultrasencitive, but the head is shaking a bit. It takes some concentration to hold it still. Not really good for ACM without some practice. I could naturally control the pitch by pitching my head up/down and keeping my eyes on the screen.
But instead of rotating a head, I also had to pitch my head sidewise to control yaw and that takes getting used to. Alternatively I tried using the "twist" of my MS SWPPro to do that.
Since the neck is used to rotating rather then inclining in order to see to the side and my thumb is conditioned to use a hat, I was probably (definitely) presenting a funny picture - all twitching and swearing.
I will try to borrow a digital camera from the office and snap a picture. I scotch-taped the Freestyle to a hard constraction hat I wore, but for amusement of your family I could try to attach it to the top of my head (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/wink.gif) Got nothing to lose any more...
I am thinking of disassembling the Freestyle to just extract a sensor for head-mounting.

Hehe. Now you need something for eyeballs -- when you stare on screen it zooms (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/smile.gif)

LOL miko.. you should have seen the look on my wife's face 6 months ago, when she walked in and I had a ball cap on with the gyromouse duct taped to it while flying EAW. At the same time I was talking to the computer using Game Commander. i.e "Red flight engage bandits...RED FLIGHT engage bandits ! RED FLIGHT FLIGHT ENGAGE BANDITS...DAMN VOICE COMMAND !!!"
If you guys wanna try for a section 8 from your wife/girlfriend, try find a "Gyropoint" mouse.
2 axis sensing without the yaw/tilt problem that miko had.
