I'm getting tired of CRS inability to program, WW2OL is coming to a slow grinding halt because of the bugs: Flame away (http://www5.playnet.com/bv/wwiiolhq/dg_message.jsp?group_id=8863&parent_id=3186895&BV_SessionID=@@@@1973809368.1062214362@@@@&BV_EngineID=dadciedkedelbjjcgmcggichhl.0)

Since I can see you've been drinking...
Vulcan just begging to be flamed (http://www5.playnet.com/bv/wwiiolhq/dg_message.jsp?group_id=8863&parent_id=3186895)

Vulcan please if you had hoped that it would be any different after years of lies and denial you got what you asked for.
That game is/was and looks like it will continue to be a dog. You should have shot that puppy well over a year ago.

Things are getting hairy alright.

Sigh... cause weave has been drinking just as much:
Lag? What lag? (http://www5.playnet.com/bv/wwiiolhq/dg_message.jsp?group_id=8863&parent_id=3181701)
It would have been better if hardcase were in the thread saying "it runs fine on my system, it must be your setup."

Vulcan you are nuts. It was obvious from pretty early in closed beta that this thing was crapware. Why bang your head against the wall? Much better combined arms fun to be had in OFP.
-
Vulcan maybe you could start a WWIIOL FDB-squad.
I might be interested to join.... :D

heh, I love the latest response from Ureiben. He can't argue with the statement on the patch so instead argue's that he got the stutters the patch caused before the patch came out, therefore it can't have been the patch that caused them. Riiii-iiiight.

Any professional programmers wanna comment on that statement (made in response to a request to roll back to the previous version). Personally I'd say "bollocks".

I know ppl who have been banned from HTC forums for posting stuff like that. You should consider yourself lucky if you are still allowed on their boards.

Posts like that only reflects badly on OUR community, please dont make anymore.:(

Heh, Vulcan was called an ultra melon.

I think Lazs is gonna idolize me, I got Docdoom himself to lock the thread :D
Seriously though, hope I got the message through too CRS.

Well the 'If you don't fix it I'll quit' message never seems to work.
So I thought the 'everyone else can do it, why can't you?' message would be worth a try.
On another note, in same forum Zeroace has made an interesting post. I wonder if Zeroaces intestinal fortitude over the FM is faltering? :D

Ya know... I just cannot work Vulcan out.
In WW2OL he talks about how WW2OL is the greatest thing since sliced bread, and Aces High absolutely sucks prettythang.
Then on these boards, suddenly WW2OL sucks and Aces High is great!
Wonder what he says on AGW?

It would be suicide for CRS to roll back an entire version, and it's sometimes impossible to roll back portions of code as much of it is related to other parts of the application. I don't find his comment to be dishonest. In this case, fixing the problem is the smart thing to do rather than bailing on the version.
I would have been more surprised if CRS (or any development house) came out with a version that was stable from turn-key. I'm near certain that there will be bugs with AH2 that will make people wonder if the upgrade was worth the expense. But the people who stick it out (like the fanbase of WWIIOL) will hopefully be rewarded with a quality product in the long run.
