Some 110 at N-Africa?

Shape of the oilcooler inlets makes me think aircraft is powered with DB601 engines, no visible bomb racks under the wings... I'd say Bf110C-4

It does look like a Camra, but not like may of the hand held recon camera types I have seen picks of, It might be part of the equipment used by the photojurnislim unit that took this pic, one featured in Signal Magizine.

reconnaissance cameras I've seen needed two guys to carry them.

The ones that were fixed in the plane were prety large afairs, but they had hand held Cameras as well, I will dig up a pic or two and post it later....
