I want one of these.  Especially this year when we set an all-time record for rain in August.

What does it use for propulsion? Jacuzzi jet nozzles, like on the PBR gun boats?

Kinda looks like a Miata or a convertible Mazda MX-3.

I'm guessing it'll have a guest appearance in the next spy film.
