Amnesty may be offered to file swappers.
Sign here and admit you swapped files, delete your songs, and the RIAA won't sue you.
Anyone else...well...
SO who's signing?
(P.S. I would sign if I file swapped, but I have never done anything illegal such as this in my life, nor would I confess to it, even if I did, which I did'nt.:D )
-
So.... what are they going to do if the person simply deletes the supposed files and doesn't confess?
Sue him based on FILENAMES or most likely not even know about the person ever existed, unlike if this person would confess?

They'll never take me alive!!!!!!

RIAA is a joke !!

sign up they track your ip and you admit to guilt .... now they have your statement to use against you ...basically .... they can actually convict you now .... (its like ansering yes to any question while sitting in a cop car ) now they have ya ..............
Hell no I wont go.... ( or sign anything in this case)
"Amnesty may be offered to file swappers" ... read the fine print ...
this is anouther trick from the Riaa .....
How about all there hacks they have got on the internet putting up bogas files and virus's in the music files for DL .... Isnt that illegal. .... seams to me its a federal offense.....oh wait the hacks are getting paid under the table for this .... or getting the huge xmas bonus.....
Just anouther thing to make you go hmmmmm.....
admitting to dling copywrited music ... is like signing a statute of guilt ...
But whos to prove that you didnt actually buy a copy of that music ......
What a bunch of idiots....

The real question is, who is going to answer this question in either a positive or a negative? If you do, you're documenting that you pirate music on an electronically searchable (and google indexable) message forum.
I suppose that from this post forward, whether or not people respond in the affirmative or negative will be more of an IQ test.
-
only if the kiddie pornographers who use the same systems do as well... ...not that i do it...oh wait no the police actually need a search warrent to catch those people...and protocol and so on and so forth...all the riaa needs is to push on some isps and sue you for 2000 times the price of the song (i would say 50c for every minute of music...[based on i tunes selling music 1 dollar a song...average song being 2 minutes])

Aint we dramatic....
DOH! WHAT DID I DJUST DO!!!!
-
Evidence #1:
> Aint we dramatic....
(Nope. You seem to be something, but I'm not certain 'dramatic' is the right word.)
Evidence #2:
> DJUST
(A speech impediment doesn't need to be expressed in text.)
Evidence #3:
>!!!!
(when obviously !?!? was more appropriate, see Beetle Bailey and Garfield for examples.)
>...IQ test...
(Indeed. Awfully poignant that it was an IQ test about who would confess to the RIAA (via this thread) that they stole music and not, in fact, an IQ test about who would respond to my post. Glorious!)

At the risk of sounding like a jerk, told ya.

How in the hell can RIAA be this much on a loose?
Does RIAA think they're some kind of gestapo or KGB?

Looks like the golden carrot.....pass!
