There was a warning on a Superman cape:  "Cape does not enable user to fly."  This sounds funny, but the purpose is to protect the maker, not the user.  Anyone dumb enough to jump off a building in a Superman cape expecting to fly isn't smart enough to heed a warning tag.  Just like this moron ignored the disclaimer at the beginning of this movie.

A company could market cigarettes in a black pack with a skull & crossbones, call them "Cancersticks" and people would still buy them.
