It looks like a Japanese Type 2 Amphibious Tank "Ka-Mi", developed using many of the components of the Type 95 Light Tank; the dividing lines on the vehicle can be seen where the actual tank hull is mated to the float units on the bow and stern of the tank; these floats were dropped after the vehicle reached land.

Type 2, Brady; go back and look at the website where you found the picture. The Type 3's turret has a cupola arrangement on top, and the turret overall is smaller.

I doubled checked one of my sources, it is posable it is incorect, but the orgine source for this pic list's it as a Type 3.
