Title: Systray shutdown program

I am looking for a program that will automatically shutdown selected systray items when AH is started and restart them  after AH closes. Needs to work with XP. Basically I want it to shutdown ZoneAlarm, Motherboard monitor and Anti virus. I always for get to turn them off or forget to restart them when done.

I would learn to live with firewall and AV. I have been caught by a worm by not turning them on again after gaming. It's just too dangerous to risk. Most of them don't carry that big an overhead anyway.
