So ,you believe that because SH didn't allow inspectors full access at one time (1991), he never allowed inspector full access?

That's pretty poor logic.

IE:

Statement: Thrawn didn't let wulfie into his house last Tuesday.

Conculsion: Therefore Thawn never let wulfie into his house.

Thrawn says, "WTF?  I let him into my house the next day?

I think it's probably best to delete it, so I don't get my signals crossed between the treads.
