OK now all you guys in the grey uniforms line up over here (points to the left side of the room) that would be the radicals, opinionated, I think MY side is best group and all you guys in the Blue uniforms line over here (points to the right side of the room) this will be the conformists, peacemakers, and over all goody two shoes.

Sheez after reading some of the posts on this board one does have to wonder sometimes who the hell is in charge of this drill.
