Holy poop, never thought I'd see one of them go again again!

Thank God no one was hurt, including the pilot!

Wow... I've seen the Thunderbirds perform at Mt Home twice.  Both times were considerably less eventfull.

I saw the Thunderbirds at the AirForces 50th anniversary show.  It was at an event called "Thunder Over Louisville".

Now maybe it was because there were so many people below them, but the Thunderbirds were very boring and I was not impressed at all.  All they did was some formation loops and rolls.

I'm glad there were no injuries.  I've been going to airshows for the last 30 years and seen  the Thunderbird, Blue Angles and Snowbirds more times than I can remember.
Theire acts can be repetitive after you've seen them a few times but for a 'first time' viewer they can be very exciting, and that's there goal.
Anymore I just enjoy watching the crowd react to the show and marvel each time at how they move a 30,000 lb aircraft through the sky.

A BIG to the pilot for putting the plane into the ground without hitting any bystanders. A set of LARGE ones there.
