Title: some html help?

well i know it pretty well but i never figured out 2 thing i would like my website to have. 1 is the thing (think it was forms) that will like send an email for get you signed up for something. second is where you have 1 html page overlaping the other like on htcs home page. i never could find those no matter how many times i when to the libary. (ok i just never pefected forms)

For the first, you can make a form that uses a mail script, or easier just use a mailto: link.  Click here to mail me is an example of the format.

For the second, you want to use FRAMES.  Look up FRAMES and you will find enlightenment.
