Schwere Panzerspähwagen (7.5cm) Sd.Kfz.233 (8-Rad) armoured car.  The original Drive-By gangsta car.

I believe this one had two driver positions, one in each end, to get out of trouble fast?

Well... thats without a doubt the 233, fitted with some leftover low velocity 75mm cannons as the tanks using those began using high velocity 75mm.

Yeah, if you're trying to fight a T-34/85. But if you're looking to bust open machine gun nests so the infantry can advance, it looks pretty mobile and effective.
