Post by: Zipper9 on September 21, 2003, 08:53:05 AM
Hi,

I am trying to set up a H2H game between two PC's at home using a home network. Whatever i do i just cant get it to work.

I create a game but the other PC can not see it??? I have disabled the firewall but still no luck.

What do i do wrong?

Cheers

Well hmm  are you runnin win 98? because XP seems to have a fit unless the XP comp is hosting. and a hub really seems to help alot when networking.
Do other aplications work ok over your network?
I my self have had my comp networked with 4 other comps for a good A/H game lots a fun. :)

Well I hope this helps you let me know how it turs out.

I have done it myself but I have had issues if both comps didn't have the same terrain loaded when they were loaded.

Try Loading the terrain you want offline on both machines, then reload Aces Hish and try the H2H connection again.
