...makes chiraq think he has anything to say about iraq?
mr chiraq thank you sir, but you forfieted any say so you might have had about the future soverienty of Iraq. You can try and put a silly time table on it, but you know that is a stupid idea (http://www.nytimes.com/2003/09/21/international/europe/22CND-CHIRAC.html?ex=1064808000&en=787dd476d9f0a4e9&ei=5062&partner=GOOGLE)
what an arogant arse.....

I'd like to see a timeline as well, but a fluid one.
It might help the situation to ceremoniously hand power over to the Iraqi's.
Some quotes I got a laugh from:
Without Iraqi self-rule, he said, there is the dangerous situation of a "governor who is Christian and foreign" administering an Arab and Muslim country, and that is "a very difficult situation for any people to accept in the 21st century."
Since when was Iraq living in the 21st century anyway?
As for the deployment of French combat troops to Iraq, Mr. Chirac said, "We are talking about training, and not sending troops to Iraq, of course."
But of course, Mon Ami, You are French after all.
Still, Mr. Chirac seemed eager to appear conciliatory, saying twice said that whenever American soldiers are killed in Iraq, "it hurts us,"
Spare me the Crocodile tears
Iraq was so sensitive that he referred to typewritten talking points highlighted in yellow when he spoke about it
Somebody had an accident...
Mr. Chirac said that it was "absolutely not" wrong to overthrow Mr. Hussein, but added that he should have been overthrown "without a war."[/I]
:rofl :rofl :rofl :rofl :rofl :rofl ..Oh yes, the UN Diplomacy was going SOOOOO Well
Asked whether he had been tempted to tell Mr. Bush, "You were wrong," he replied
But of course, after all, I am French and he is a stoopid Amerikan
Mr. Chirac cited America's insistence that Europe take charge of keeping the peace in the Balkans, and said: "We can do this, but how? With a flute?"
One time...at band camp...

Were they right when they voted in favor of UNSC Resolution 1441 which found Iraq in material breach of previous resolutions including those which spoke of WMD?
Or were they right when they decided not to enforce it?
