Completely unplayable,hell it takes the UBB approx. 5 minutes to load at this point. Is there any help for this? I`m less than 500 miles from Dallas/FW.

I had the same problem with Sprint, I got another ISP(Ameritech), and have very little data loss, usually none.

You live 500 miles from Dallas/FW but yet your connect to HTC goes through Chicago. I'd be looking for a new isp myself. I live in Ohio and I have less hops to HTC than you do. Grab the yellow pages and start making some calls.

I solved my rubber bullit problem, more or less, by calling my ISP and asking them to route me around the 2 hops that were hanging me up. You might try that.
