Title: The vast right wing consipracy strikes again...
Post by: GRUNHERZ on September 23, 2003, 11:37:31 AM
I'm curious what the lefties will say now considering their darling 9th circuit court even had to reverse itself instead of the Supreme Court as usual?

For someone that doesn't vote, you sure seem to pay a lot of attention to elections.

The 11 judges were chosen at random from among active judges on the 9th Circuit. They include eight appointed by Democratic presidents and three appointed by Republican presidents.

Seven members of the panel were appointed by former President Bill Clinton, who has been in California campaigning with Davis against the recall.

Talk about foreseeable future within your own party! :D

Another silly thread. This has nothing to do with right and left.

For krise sakes a democrat (Sec of State) led the opposition to the 1st ruling.

I thought it was the 9th Circuit Court, perpetual flogging boy of the right-wingnuts, that was the conspiracy?  Boy have things gotten complicated!

Let me know if my list of leftist institutions is out-of-date:

Apparently we can add Churches to that list, but I'm not sure that has come to a wingnuttery consensus.

last week larry, moe and curly threw out their decision and conducted a poll - if it would have caught enough favorable wind- today's decision would have been different..

Or not... but don't let the facts get in the way of a good rant.
