You people are weird, you cry and whine about the bad economy, lost jobs , outsourcing,etc . Then when a american company gets a big contract, you still cry and whine, i think you just like to cry and whine.
Maybe you think a french company should have gotten the contract, after all , they know iraq very well.

LOL! You guys are funny. I really mean it. If you'd like not to be seen that way, you can read up just a little on how contracts are awarded (even if they're non-competitive) by the U.S. government. LOL!
The options are a bit peculiar though... I'm suprised they weren't all excercised when he left. The staggered compensation is not unusual in a job exit situation where large benifits are involved.
