Dear Abby:
I click Aces High...boots up partially and a big white screen and a computer freeze.

Everything was servicable until today and after a half a dozen tries at booting up the game I gave up.  HELP!

What changed?

sounds like most likely is a video problem but could be a sound problem also. Either will hang AH if there is a problem.

Your doing this on a clean boot I assume with nothing else running in the background?

Hiya Golfer,
check to make sure you are running DirectX 8.1 or better.
Start---->Run----> type in dxdiag and check you rsetings etc.

delete video.cfg and try again
