Something happend to PC last night, it just shut down...now I cant load my Outlook or any office....and it says administrator doenst allow this application?
I AM THE ADMIN And it tells me i cant?
what do I do?
I cant install or remove programs?

Are you logging in as Administrator? Or have you given your account admin access? If the latter, then try logging in as Administrator (in case your normal account has been corrupted somehow).

I am logging into administrator...? and it says the same thing....
It wont let me install, or uninstall ANYTHING? This is ridiculous.....ya know? gives me a windows installer error,
"that the system administrator has set policies to prevent this installation!"
been reading to do ANOTHER clean install..but, this time, how do u save a 1.2g profile? ive zipped it, and its still 1.2g...?

Probably your files in the My Documents or Desktop. If you store lots of files on your desktop, that's probably why it is so big. Just move the contents of your Desktop to somewhere else. (C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Desktop)

Get a program called WinRAR, It will allow you to partition that file into smaller portions so you can burn it with your cd burner, the program is at: http://www.rarlab.com and it's a free evaluation that never really expires. Any questions on it lemme know.
Oh btw when you want to unpack the file again, get all the files in one folder and right click on one and select extract here or extranc wherever and it will give you the big file.
