* Abu-Jamal's doctor said that Abu-Jamal, who was unconscious, said nothing. He reported that a nurse found police with loaded guns pointed at Mumia as he lay unconscious in his hospital bed.

* William Singletary, a Vietnam veteran and local businessman, saw the whole incident and has testified that Abu-Jamal was not the shooter. However, the police forced him to change his story and intimidated him into leaving Philadelphia.

* Other key witnesses, such as Veronica Jones -- who now testifies in support of Abu-Jamal, were harassed into giving false testimony. Two prosecution witnesses were given special favors, including exemption from criminal prosecution, for their testimony.

I'm figuring that whatever website you used for research played it 'fast and loose' when calling things 'facts'. The Daniel Faulkner website includes direct quotations from transcription taken during the (various) trials. Read the Faulkner page and let me know what you think.

The other 'facts' (as claimed by the source you used) are also rebutted on the Faulkner website, but I didn't list/quote each rebuttal.

You see, it became popular a few months back to jump the French at every turn.

Some Americans looked back at our hundreds of years of kinship and blew it off as desperate propaganda from a struggling American regime.

Somehow though, lot's of people in the middle of the country don't have a lot to do each day (except fishing, NASCAR, and praying) and they are super impressionable and love to bash our good friends the French. They are so cute, I wish they made lemming yokel dolls, I'd have the whole collection!

I love how they jump on the bandwagon and do as they're told - if only I could find more employees like them! Still, you can't take them too seriously.

Had the Germans gotten farther into the bolshies land and killed more of them maybe there would have been no civil war.
