Fester MA question

Basically I got shot down by 5" flak burst AFTER both Carrier and Destroyer were well at the bottom of the pond last night.

I know the AA on Fester MA is tweaked higher, but do small escort ships now have 5" flak burst?

A1a1a1 was a witness to this, and I believe I have it on film.

DD's have always had 5" guns, they just arent mannable.
