Without knowing the video card make and model it is difficult to make any guesses. Your CPU is a bit slow.
Best advice I can give is to give AH2 a try when it comes out and make the determination yourself to its playability.
By the way, you can use "DXDIAG" to get all the information about what DX is using. Go to Start->Run and type in DXDIAG and press .

Assuming you are Windows 98
right click on My Computer
Properties
Device Manager
click on plus Sign to left of Display Adapters
This will tell you what video card (or at least chipset if integrated[a] ) you have
[a] If you plug your monitor into a connnector in one of the card slots you have a video card, if you plug your monitor into a connector that is in the same box of cpnnectors you plug your keyboard mouse and printer into, you have built in video on your motherboard.
