It's in Oakland, so the Raiders should be able to keep it within 2 TD's or so.

After years of causing Pete Rozelle ulcers and beating the NFL in court, Raiders owner Al Davis has revealed that his team's misearble performance this year is part of his "I'm Sorry" tour.  Davis is quoted as saying, "I figure that if I let all the teams in the NFL, except San Diego because no one likes them, beat us, everyone will be able to forgive and forget.  Therefore I have allowed John Gruden to go to Tampa and instructed my coaching staff to tank in every game.  Well, except for San Diego, but I already covered that."
