Title: CTD from tower after crashing

After augering, tried to select runway from tower, got dumped to desktop.

Also, after crashing into field gun while taxiing, selected Spit 9 in hangar. On runway, wing of Spit was showing what looked like hangar textures, and all icons were black.  Could not duplicate either one unfortunately.

GF3 64mb w/ Nvidia 45.23 drivers
