Title: minor bugs

this are a few things I've noticed:
    The Known text boxes
    Fw-190 gunsight not visible
    field gun has no sound
    the muzzle flash render problem at 1024/768 (it disappears at higher resolution -1280/1024)
    Tower on the CV crashes to desktop
    changing resolution to 1600/1200 gives "unknown error"
    frame rates are ok for a beta (30-80)

my system: P4 2.53 Mhz, 512 MB rambus at 1066 Mhz, Radeon 9700 Pro 128 MB, Win XP. I run 4xAA, 2x anisotropic filtering and the in game options pushed to the max.
