Title: Couple new things I noticed

1. Rearm pads are now a destroyable field object.

2. there are 3 color settings for clouds

3. there is a setting for fog visability

4. there are 3 color settings for fog

5. there are 3 color settings for "dusk fog"

I'm guessing, but it seems that weather effects will be improved in AHII. At least with the addition of fog and colors that may be be set by the weather

6. Night sky doesn't look done yet, either that or my graphics corrupted this morning.

Midnight, the three color settings you see are one each for RGB.

.ie, if you wanted a shade of grey, all values would be the same... a bluish haze would have a greater "color 3" value.
