Title: Repetitious EMail Notification

Gentlemen/Ladies :)

Lately I've been receiving email notifications dtd as of today's
date re email I had rec'd a week earlier  :confused:   WHY?  How
do I stop this nonsense  :(   Forgot to mention that when I check
the respondent thread it's nothing new ... it's old mail!  :mad:

Likewise, how can I stop receiving email on threads which I con-
sider have no value but goofing around?  Thx 4 ur input & help.

Hey bud.  Go to "user cp" (a blue tab upper right corner of your screen below banner.  Then go to edit options then go to "use email notification by default" check no.  I think that'll do it for ya.
