Title: Clipboard won't move to edge of screen

Probably been posted but I guess once more won't hurt. The clipboard jumps back to the center of the screen when I try to move it more than slightly off center.

go into your settings folder and check to see if your "clip.cfg" is read only. You try deleting it all together.
