Yes, there is an extremely long manual and those of us who have been around for a while probably know exactly where to look for certain information - but what's wrong with showing a bit of friendship and helping new players by posting a link directly to the information they want?  :rolleyes:

What does these do?:

.handle YourHandle
.changeid NewGameID    (Only case may be changed)

The bottom one I think i get, but I don't see the difference.
Don't want to mess with these two before I know what they do...

I have seen those commands, but I am pretty sure there are a few others.  I have been flying with the CAF and was told about one that concerns the squads MOTD. (whatever that is?).  are there any other commands not mentioned in the text?

Ah yes, the squadmotd ones appear to be missing.  Just checked online - if you type .help while online, a box comes up showing a list of dot commands, including those for the Squad MOTD....  :)

A single dot command list would be nice.  Even these do not include the entire list i.e.

.squelch 1 squelches the all nation chanel
.squelch 6 squelches the kill messages etc
.eject ejects a player from a head to head room

And this is only 3 that come to mind right off and don't include the CM dot commands.

Just a thought....

You asked for the dot commands and got a few responses concerning the AH help file. I just wanted to suggest the help file really does work! Being an old Mac man I used to being able to run just about any program without the assistance of any help file. The PC world is not quite as organized.

If you go to the download section and grab the help file it gets installed into your AH folder.
Then from the program file AH you can lunch it. I sometimes find it very handy when I run into some really obscure item about the game I need info on.

Try it. You may also find it useful.
