will the reqirment go down when they have a finished product speaking for all the people that cant play ah2

I think as they optmize the code it will.

I would say that as the beta progresses and the game gets closer to a general release for the arenas the code will be cleaned up and optimized and performance will go up accordingly.  However HTC has stated what they feel a "minimum" system will be and that will be substantially higher than the orginal AH.
