Title: Initialization error message on startup

I keep getting the message when I try to run the AH 2 application:

 Initialization failed with -5, mainSN_failed -2

Anyone know how to fix this error?

That is a failure to initialize the sound card.  Make sure you are running DirectX 8.1 or later and run DXDIAG (Start->Run) and see if the Sound tests pass.
