2 month old saitek cyborg evo joystick is making big leaps across the throw, instead of gradually across its range. It's getting worse each day, I can't ride the stall at all: at 400mph it makes for big jumps from 2G to 5G+ in an instant.

It's the pots needing cleaning or it simply dying?

eek yes, i've had this problem with two Cyborg's in a row...  one was gameport serial ( crap, it's gone now), and my year old Cyborg USB is showing age.

Centerpoint is loose and the negative Y-axis jumps a small bit.

I'll open it tomorrow.
If this one dies this quick, might just quit flying till I get something durable like a top of line CH or Cougar.
