been running it at a CPU temp of -25c for 4 months now with no problems.

You just leave it on, then? I do that now, but I wasn't sure about doing that with a unit like that.

Not really, the compressor is not even running under a load. It's quite easy to get it down to negitive numbers. At that small of size it's very eazy to do.

Octavius have you ever heard about anti-freeze? Mix some alcohol in water and it won't freeze anymore.
Not that it's what gives him the low die temps, he uses phase-change cooling which is like a miniature freezer on a cpu.
