I do not know how to get into the systembios and change the agp aperature
and can i have some recommdenations on what I should set it at.

ram-128mg
graphics-9700pro

Your motherboard name/model would help...

If you're looking for hints/tips here are a couple:

1) Your CPU is a huge bottleneck for that graphics board.  A new motherboard and 1GHz or better CPU will do wonders and not be too expensive.

2) More RAM will also be helpful.  You didn't list your OS, but as a recommendation, Win9x kernels do well with 256 or better.  WinXP is a RAM hog and 256 is a minimum.  512 is recommended.

3) Your power supply is 200W.  The 9700pro will consume a bunch of that power.  Grab yourself a new power supply.  Antec TruePower supplies are rock-solid.  The 400W will run around 70 bucks.
