I you use photoshop to convert from 32 bit you wont get that rainbow effect.

I dont have photoshop, got MediaStudio.  But i bet i can still do it.

Mob, for Windows, go to http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/product.jsp?product=39&platform=Windows
It has the download tryout.

And yeah it is frank, that was a good screenie of us!  And its no problem you had to close.  Understandable, food is a good thing :D

Photoshop cost about 600 bucks if i remember right.
