first one must be the HMS Flower (:lol )
second one, B24 with, yes, guided bomb/rocket

1. USS California (maybe Tennessee) after modernization in late WW2.
2. The Bat Radar guided glide bomb, the first fire and forget weapon in the category. It is credited with sinking a destroyer and a number of transports in the last year of the war.
