Hello guys.
I will update the location of completed sound pack to this thread at any time.
Installtion: After extracting, copy sound files (folders) to HTC\Aces High\Sounds\ folder.
And confirm whether it works well.

I just updated Ju-88 Sound.
1) added excellent engine sound which Staga has. but I edited pitch of his engine sound a little.
BTW I'm using fscott's engstart and engoff sound in it.

I deleted and re-updated new C-47A Sound.
1) Fixed big volume problem which Eng.wav has.
2) Changed tire.wav to mono.
3) Reduced noise in eng.wav.
4) New flap/New gear sound.

I'd expect there to be bit more credits for those 'authors'...
when most of vehicle ones sounds very familiar to me but I am just a "some", almost printed in small.
with M16, M3, Panzer and Ostwind, 'most' are from my packages.. (with exception of tankgun of course)
I can say im dissapointed..
I do see this as part of getting some more fame with others work? correct me if im wrong
(since there isnt much credits for authors..)
and who was that another author?
of course you don't mention anywhere that you made those, but theres no mention of how much is done by others and no mention of their names anymore and named as 'mitsus sound collection' ..
Intentions seems quite self explained to me...?
I guess i'll be now blamed as whiner again...

Good lord, they're just wavs. Who gives a crap whether or not your name is on them, because people really don't care. If they suck they won't use them, if they are good, you won't be getting any money anyway. Just be happy Mitsu liked your wavs enough to add them to his collection.

Both explosions sounded similar had to listen to them a couple of times, but there is something about the 2wav. explosion I liked better, i think it was a bit clearer. Great job Mitsu!!

The engine sound for the C-47 is right on Mitsu. It's been too long for me to remember the sound of the gear and flaps (33 years) tho. I flew in electric goons in Vietnam for a year and a half back in 66-68 and that sound sure brings back some memories. Good job! (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/smile.gif)

Well, in fact, I remember him saying that in this thread, but had later on removed that line with "some authors".
and I knew it, I was blamed as faulty one again, thanks alot people.

Can you tell me one thing, why im not allowed to have credit of work but some others are?

I am bored of people even saying that I used some vulcano stuff to get my 270 kill streak with fw190a8 for example..
(and i still dont know how that thing worked)
and that sort of BS all the time.. im getting tired of that and then hardly getting credits of work i had done
Ps. most of the sounds are from one guys collection whos permission ive had.
tho, I dont remember his name right off (his name is somewhere in the email storages from 6-8 months ago)

talking about exploiting... some people exploits me as well all the time, that annoys me.
It isn't nice when someone says rock hard that you've got your hard worked streak with some volcano bug or you're just lying whiner or demands proves of something but themself they dont show anything.
Mitsu had fscott(?) and me mentioned in the thread first, but then it turned to 'some authors' and that really got me think hes trying to be just clever for some more fame.
and yes, I am very paranoid after all the BS in last year with many things. (definately I've had enough of those wardog/torque types)
I am sorry for Mitsu if his intentions really were clean..
but "Mitsu's sound collection" and "some authors" "some sounds" didn't get through as clean intentions after all the BS theres been against me.. (I got to look at wardog/torque type of people again)
Originally I wanted to share those sounds for others and prove that I am not all that BS what wardog/torque types keeps claiming about me.
I saw this as Mitsu taking the credits which enraged me and that has not made me 'be nice' (im not claiming with this that he did, but thats what I assumed first time when I noticed what the sounds are)
theres also been one other same type of thing, even more harsh one from couple weeks away that might explain also part of my prejudice with this. (and that time one person attempted to get credits of my very own hard work)
oh well.. I guess I can be angry sometimes, those rare times when I am...

Hate to be off topic, but fscott's new 190 engine sound he just put out is awesome. Mitsu you should add this one to your collection. It is perhaps the finest 190 sounds I've heard.

hmmmmmm....Yep, I deleted author's name in this thread because I collected many sounds from a lot of authors' ones. so I rewrote it to "some authors".
Seriously, this sound collection is test version, so I didn't put readme in it. However, I was gonna put readme in final version, and I was gonna write all authors' name in it (But, as for it, my consideration was insufficient).

If Mitsu's intentions where what Fishu at first thought, then Fishu had every right to be pissed off, in my opinion. It would suck to put effort into something and have another person scoop it up and claim it as his own. Even if it's just for some 'game'. The planes might be simulated, but the hours that some folks spend enhancing AH for us certainly are not.
Turns out that's not entirely the case here, and Fishu now knows that... but I understand where Fishu was coming from.

I didn't play one bit when I've been making sounds if excludes engine running testings.

I'm doing some sound work right now trying to get a massive sound pack done. I know at least the following people did sounds in it:
Fscott (got his ok)
AKWabbit (got his ok)
Funked (no news yet, odds are I'll get the ok)
I know there's other people, I just don't know who they are. That's why when I finally release this monster I'm gonna include my e-mail addy so I can update the readme with proper credits. So far this sucker is 32 megs and growing, so I might split it into two parts just so people can download it. That reminds me, I gotta go do some phase shifting...

Flakbait, I just request that you use my latest wavs and not the ones on the HT website. I've updated a few like the p51 and 190. Also perhaps you could divide the collection into seperate files for each plane. For instance put all the 190 wavs into one download, etc...

Fscott I didn't download the files off the HTC web page; I got them from your page. I'm heading back there to get a few more sounds later tonight. I also remembered that Staga's site has some sounds I'm using, so I'll include him in the credits too. I've got a modification of Mitsu's tank gun sound that I mixed with the stock one. It's great!
