201 - no Bish on text channel - Rook to Knight
202 - no Knights on text channel - Bish to Rook
203 - no Rook on text channel - Knight to Bish
I'm not sure this is needed but in some events like BoB or Close Escort it might be useful.
I guess it might need an arena setup switch.
