Title: All objects are on rebuild timers?

issat right?

And yes, I understand I can adjust those times, but a field capture should rebuild nothing (or I suppose most accurately only rebuilds the maproom).

after that SOME things can be rebuilt or have their rebuilt times shortened by a supply drop.


I'm hoping someone can tell me this is wrong, because I'd love a capture to regenerate the airfield.(like it used to?)
