Title: Friendly Fire Settings

  If I remember correctly, correct me if I am wrong, when in the training arena, if I shoot someone on my own team, that person will hear a "ping", but will not be damaged, and the shooter will not be damaged.

  How do I set a custom arena to work this way?

Arena Setup: Disable killshooter (General -> Arena Flags) and reduce gun lethalities to zero (Weapons).

You can also check the TA Arena Settings yourself when in that arena, you just can't change them.
