This is a complete kit. The cellophane wrapping is gone but all parts are sealed in the packaging and the instructions, decals, and all other included stuff is in the box.
This is a great kit with superb lines and detail. I am offering this kit to AH members for $15 and whatever it cost to ship to your address. Look it up - this kit goes anywhere from $30 on up!
