Title: No trains?

I only went to the radar factory on Compelo,, north sector but I set waiting on the trains and they never ran!

nope, I was the only one there and I drove away far enough that the factory wasn't even flashing, sat there for over twenty minutes and never got a chance to see one,, my hopes of killing defenseless rail cars was dashed!

I get shot by them a lot.  ALthough none have shot at me yet this week.

Found another train acting funny.  This one was just parked at the strat, next to the depot.  Firing guns at me like crazy the whole time I was over the strat.
