Since we do not have those arenas anymore, can we get some plane lists for the achievements?
A good spot for it would be off to the side of the clipboard, like the kill every plane and vehicle achievements are now.

The Kills in Early/Mid War planes were based on the time of the plane's introduction, not what arena it was in. Got all my kills done for those achievements in Late War, as it made no difference arena wise.
Not exact, but a good rule of thumb would be Early 39-41, Mid 42-43 and Late 44-45.
