The drop in participation has affected the C-Hawks, like many of the other squadrons. Recruiting new pilots has not brought our numbers up to what I would consider a critical mass. Therefore, the C-Hawks are looking to consolidate with another squadron or two or ...
Whether or not another squad merges with us or we merge with them is not as important as having a critical mass of pilots that like to fly together. We are open to a variety of outcomes.
Our squadron currently has roughly 4-6 active members. We tend to have less in the MA than in FSO (and we do like to fly in FSO).
I would like to merge with another squadron or multiple squadrons to bring the numbers back up above 16.
If this sounds interesting to you, please PM me so we can talk about it and maybe setup some joint efforts to get to know each other and see if we're a good fit.

Hey, you might be able to snag a few of us from the 56th, we're in the same situation.
Summer attrition has taken it's tole and our 4-6 pilot commitment is no longer happening regularly enough.
Goat1, Mark4, myself (KB), and valkrye are potential pop-ins, we might just be your fill-out guys.
Have a chat with your squad in-game and see if we're a fit. We've been looking for an FSO squad to join for a few weeks now.

I assume I haven't burned any bridges to the pig pen? If the POTW will have us, we can join their crew for FSO too.

Just an FSO squad; I think the 56th will be removed from FSO registration in the coming weeks.

Seems to be systemic for our squad, summer months are really tough to make... I'd like to be included, but won't be around for at least 3 months; maybe the odd Friday i'll be able to..
Goat has been pretty steady and could easily be counted as part of your commitment. I'd just like to be able to join if I'm around.
