Title: UN mapping controllers

Revisiting the game after a Hiatus, so time to redo the setup.

I have a Hotas Warthog and TM pedals and the game has defaulted my controls to complete nonsense.  (rudder axis firing guns etc etc)

I painstakingly went through and set all the axis to NONE on all 3 controllers and then mapped them.  then exited the game, came back in in VR...  and everything is screwed up again, none of my settings stuck..

is there a way to REMOVE all mappings at once... by editing a file or something?  I'm really not keen on manually setting every button and every axis to NONE again one by one..


EDIT:

Figured out the problem, VR and regular have different profiles, so changes made in one do not affect the other.

VR stick settings and regular stick setting are separate. Go into the settings folder, make a copy of the joystick jsm file. Rename that file by adding a VR_ in front of it. That will make it a copy of the one you spent all the time on resetting in regular stick settings
